Possible causes and solutions for this issue:
1. Unstable network. Please make sure your network is stable before you enter the game. Otherwise, you may encounter issues such as progress loss.
2. Insufficient storage space on your device. If your device does not have sufficient storage space to run the game, you may experience crashes and other issues. The storage space required varies for different devices.
3. Performance Mode is disabled. Performance Mode allows your game to run more smoothly. Please enable it in Settings.
4. If your game crashes only during the dialogues between multiple characters, please contact our customer service. We will skip the scene for you.
